The wealth of expertise covers intensive Marketing, HR & Systems experience at International level in diverse industries like Textiles, Building Materials, Office Automation/ Telecom, Consumer Durables etc, and in the past few years, handling of complete business operations of a Textile Mill.

An accomplished professional who has successfully managed Business Operations as well as achieved year on year growth in business and revenue targets- across assignments. Excellent communication and people management skills that have been honed through managing multi skilled teams.

Beginning his career as an HR professional wherein he was instrumental in setting the tone for a large number of innovative interventions in growing one of the first automation startups of India including innovative methodologies for Recruitment and controlling attrition, he soon moved to setting up the first Distribution Channel in Automation Products in India encompassing 88 towns.
